Clean room and bathroom, very comfortable bed. Was hoping to get BBC i-Player on TV, but no smart TV. Not an issue really, but had paid for extra Wi-Fi for this. The man at reception was very customer focused and friendly after our long journey. Couldn't really fault it!

I have stayed at this Travelodge before and always enjoyed the break. There are lots of eating places within walking distance and the car park is more than adequate, a short drive to Carmarthen where supermarkets and fuel are available.

Comfortable bed , large room with a decent size bathroom, clean and tidy. Friendly and helpful staff , Location perfect for days out to nearby beaches at pendine sands, saundersfoot and tenby They only did a take out breakfast which I didn't try but there was a Starbucks on the same sight.

Very noisy hotel, road noise all night although windows were closed! No hairdryer No bath mat No bathroom bin Toilet seat falling off No water pressure in bathroom sink to scrub your teeth Beds ok Pillows lacking stuffing! It?s a cheaper option than some other hotels but due to lack of availability we booked this one. Travelling for a funeral the following day we really could have done with a good nights sleep! Personal opinion would be to avoid this hotel

After a two week holiday in our campervan, we decided to treat ourselves to the last night in a hotel for a shower and freshen up before the boat home. Although we usually stay premier inn (always excellent) the location of st clears was perfect and thinking Travelodge have upped their game in recent years, we booked in. First off, no one was on reception to check us in. Waited 15 minutes, then rang the emergency number and a young lad, Harry, finally appeared. We got into the room and I sat on the bed....a black insect jumped on my arm! We started to strip back the bed and another jumped on the duvet! My husband killed it and we went to tell reception. He was adamant that the hotel had had a flea inspection the week before (!!!!!) and had been given the all clear! We brought him to the room and, with a microscope app on his phone, he took a picture of what was clearly the flea on the bed!!! He then told us that the hotel was full and he couldn't move us. I told him I wasn't staying, I'd sleep in the camper and I wanted my money back. He then found us another room on the second floor! We had an uncomfortable night in a dated, dirty hotel! It was a warm night, but no fans were available, however about 20 broken ones are piled up on the floor at reception! Come on Travelodge...it's not the 1970s! Premier inn all the way from now on!

When we checked in the lady was super friendly and helpful, made sure we had everything we needed and even moved us to a downstairs room because my elderly dog struggled with the stairs, would definitely stay again

Really well maintained Travelodge, very safe and comfortable. Really nice Indian restaurant, called Elaichi, a short walk away, and McDonalds and Starbucks right next to the Travelodge too. Had a great stay.

We stayed in this Travelodge for 3 nights. It was a good hotel with all the necessary facilities. Car park is very big and there was ample space to park a car. The hotel is located in a good location close to Tenby and other locations as well. The staff were friendly and it was very clean. The replenishments were also good. The rooms were also quite spacious. Good hotel would surely recommend it.
