Went in today with a pair of Technics SB-F920 speakers (including grilles and cables) but without even taking them out of the bag or looking at them properly, the guy who served me said they couldn't take them because apparently "they were from a CD player", they "weren't a brand like Mission", and "no-one would want them" (for some reason). Utterly baffling and ridiculous nonsense. I was also told that they couldn't take the other two items I brought - a Behringer Monitor1 volume controller (in its box) and a Basic Fun Q*bert (TFT ver.) miniature arcade game. While I didn't get loud or angry, I did show my disappointment and I'm sorry if it came across the wrong way. I just couldn't make sense of the situation. Oh well, I'm going to list all 3 items for sale on eBay.

Had great service from cash gen in Carmarthen every time I have been there. Had 2 smart watches and 2 phones, s8 and s9, from there along with many other items. Had no issues with any of my items

Absolutely Shocking bought a I phone with all the persons details still on the device. The battery was knackered will ah turn the battery percentage off be 100 times better. Was holding less than 8% charge battery would drain in a matter of minutes. Better off going to CEX across the road much better. Cash gen did not wipe the phone like he said got proof and I even know the person who sold the device to you. Will your absolutely appauling when something goes wrong they don't want to know. Go to CEX much better service there.

The way the manager spoke to his colleague's was not acceptable, even with other customers present. The "F" word used multiple time's, I am surprised his colleague's didn't walk out, I walked out of the shop before my fuse blew.
