Waiting to be served when young girl serving asked customer behind me the usual and proceeded to serve him. when gentleman said sorry for jumping the que she said it is alright you can jump the que. not very professional

Like an idiot I tipped my tray off coffee. The barista, by the name of Lucille was quick to arrive, ask if I and my wife were okay, told us there was no need for apologies, cleaned up, showed up to another table and remade our drinks and brought them to our new table. Such wonderful service and we'd very much like to send our heartfelt thanks.

Coffee was quite nice and I can't really complain about that. The big down side was the bathrooms which were awful, they desperately needed a clean. As they were unisex I would assume most ladies wouldn't want to use them considering the state they were in. Hopefully it's something that could be improved but the cafe seemed a little short staffed today and all staff were busy working so can't really blame them. Prices for cakes are on the expensive side for the portion you get which is a little disappointing. It stays open longer than most independent coffee shops in the area so is convenient in that respect.

I came in a little flustered after a trying experience and received a really warm pleasant welcome from the very efficient workers in Nero Carmarthen. I ordered a large hot chocolate, which turned out to be one of the best hot chocolates I have ever drunk. The Barista was especially attentive, fab, and courteous

Great location. Coffee has gotten weaker since covid.
Some seats are worn out and badly stained.

Barista put freshly ground coffee in a very dirty portafilter covered in old coffee grounds, probably the reason why my overpriced coffee tasted a bit nasty. For the price, it should be the bare minimum that the barista actually cleans the equipment properly

We were in the area on Bank Holiday Monday,
Not much else in Carmarthen open so we were glad of pit stop especially as our well behaved Dotty-Dog was welcome,
Staff were polite coffee was perfect
Only reason I gave a 4 and not a 5 for atmosphere is the miserable older ladies looking down there noses at us giving us dirty looks and scowling !!!

Fabulous cafe for dogs, our boys loved their pup cups. Also best hot chocolate, and I have tried quite a few. The staff at this Cafe Nero are fabulous. Check out the @SpitsBrothers101 on on FB YouTube and Instagram.
