Waiting to be served when young girl serving asked customer behind me the usual and proceeded to serve him. when gentleman said sorry for jumping the que she said it is alright you can jump the que. not very professional

Like an idiot I tipped my tray off coffee. The barista, by the name of Lucille was quick to arrive, ask if I and my wife were okay, told us there was no need for apologies, cleaned up, showed up to another table and remade our drinks and brought them to our new table. It's always a pleasure to go to Nero's. The staff are helpful and friendly and the standards are high.
