B&M Carmarthen have charged me twiceAlthough showed on my phone as paid which I showed to them, they insisted the payment had not gone throughHad to put items through again and only had one receipt as the system crashed first time so no receipt first time.Now looking at my bank account the next day I HAVE BEEN CHARGED TWICE £60 items now costing me £120You know this has happened B&M CARMARTEN because I was in your store on 13th December 2023 for 45mins while you tried to sort this out and reboot your system.Now I have to travel 45mins to my bank to sort out your messGET IT RIGHT

Actually worst experience ever as a customer. I went in the store with my 12 year old sister. We were looking at the toys and picking them up to look as you do. A member of staff came up to us, shouted and told us to only pick up things we wanted to buy because she has to tidy up after us. She said she watched us down 3 isles and was watching what we were picking up. This is pure harassment and has happened with the same member of staff twice now. I don't go shopping to be harassed and having a member of staff shout at a 12 year old for picking something up and putting it back down in the same spot. Contacted customer service. They sent a copy paste back saying they read my review and it's been passed to management. Haven't heard anything since... Guess they don't care about harassment and extremely poor customer service in their store

All you need in one shop, but same as other shops prices are going up, garden items are really nice and you can get something cheap ?

Excellent shop,stocking alsorts of useful items. The Staff are very pleasant and efficient, whilst working in a building that is in dire need of repair, this does not impair on the shopping experience

I can't fault B&M stores - they're the jewel in the crown for bargains! I always spend a lot of money whenever I "just want a couple of things" ......I've never bought "just a couple of things!" ?
