Brilliant service from Ant Antics. I was buying ants for my son, I'm a complete novice so had lots of questions. They answered all my queries (promptly and at the weekend!) and ensured the ants I ordered were delivered on a day when my son would be home to accept delivery. Queens and ants arrived safe and well. Very happy to recommend Ant Antics.

Have used ant antics twice now for exotic ants and they are superb very friendly and helpful ants come health and packed very well and I love the mini outworld and nest setups highly recommend for a beginner or if you want a advanced species ?

The level of service received was fantastic. Item arrived in time for my sons birthday despite my poor planning. I cannot thank ant antics enough for outstanding customer service. Where do I even begin? Ant Antics have never let me down, brilliant customer service and incredibly friendly staff! Never had a bad order with them, healthy colonies, quick delivery and more, I wouldn't recommend anywhere better than Ant Antics, I highly advise to buy from them if you're new to the hobby or looking to buy new ants, amazing, 5 stars!

Even when completely overwhelmed with all the customers during an event- the Ant Antics Staff will still make time for you when you have questions to ask, no matter what they might be. If I lived in the UK, I would pretty much order from here every month or so, I love their sugar snaps and the ants they sell are of great quality!

I have never got a queen from anywhere but AntAntics, and I wouldn?t want to go anywhere else! These guys not only have top notch customer service but it is clear how much they truly care for their ants and their customers! Any questions I have I know I can go straight to these guys and they?ll be more than willing to offer me the best advice.

Dont order from here basically ordered a queen 6 weeks ago it arrived days late even though I paid for next day live garuntee arrival it arrived dead I tried to contact them many times not got a replacement or refund I'm keep being told to wait and that my order should arrive next week its been nearly 2 months still nothing sent many emails with no replies or replies after 6 or 7 days and still not got a replacement or refund now I'm left £70 out of pocket last reply I got from them is 10 days ago
