Having had a really bad experience with the high way robbers across the road who took my money for two pairs of glass nearly a year ago and only managed to get one pair I complained about the service they lied again so I asked for some of my money back, they refused but said I could have a full refund but took my only pair of glasses off me leaving me with none. I went across the road to Vision Express all the staff were so very friendly and helpful they arranged an eye test and got me glass within a week. Lovely staff and all good looking thanks to the glass lol ?

First class service from my local Cardigan Vision Express. Their optician is truly excellent and diagnosed a problem with my eyes that I was not aware of the simple treatment that would very much ease the problem. All the staff are also lovely, friendly and helpful I thoroughly recommend this business.

My 8 year old had a fantastic time at her opticians appointment today. The optician kept her fully engaged and entertained whilst getting her eyes checked, the assistants were very friendly and helpful and I appreciate the time taken to explain choices available etc.. Appointments with children can be stressful and challenging at times however the staff at this branch made the whole time a breeze.

I'm writing this review wearing my fixed glasses. They are great. Vision Express mended them for free. I didn't even buy them from Vision Express and they still fixed them for free. It was a quiet day so maybe they can't do this all the time but I was very grateful. I'd stood on them you see. Anyway, 5 stars because they were so lovely. A big thanks
