Unfortunately booked the wrong day, after paying in full I tried to cancel literally 1-2 hrs after booking.No refund and no dates throughout the year available on website?I wouldn?t stay simply because the initial customer service is dismal.First impressions count.

I went here with a very close friend for lunch and to meet up. We had a large panini between us as neither of us was all that hungry. It was a cheese and ham panini which came with some plain crisps, some salad and coleslaw. It was very nice and the lady who served us was very pleasant and made sure that we were enjoying our food. The view from where we were sitting was really good, we were overlooking the estuary and the tide was just going out so it was pretty choppy.... Definitely NOT swimming weather. We didn't see any of the rooms which is why I only gave it a 3* but, to be honest, I have spoken to some people who have stayed here and they all said that the rooms are gorgeous and very comfortable and clean. There is wheelchair access and also an overflow carpark just across the road from the main carpark. I hope this review helps anyone who is thinking of visiting here.

Spent two nights here for our Golden wedding anniversary celebration. Everything was just perfect. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and plentiful. We stayed in Room 20 which is the best room in the hotel with fabulous views out to sea (check it out on Gwbert hotel website)We can't wait to have a return visit.

We have just returned from a week's stay at one of the holiday cottages. It is the 6th time we have been in the past 5 years and I couldn't recommend it more! Beautiful location, the house its self was very clean and comfortable, perfect for large families. We enjoyed a couple of drinks at the Gwbert Hotel and the staff were very friendly. We can't wait to return again next year!

Friendly staff, great food, generous portion sizes and with something to please everyone on the menu. Set in a fantastic location with outstanding seaviews. Perfect for a romantic dinner or a family get-together. 9ne further bonus, it's dog friendly too ?
