Very disappointed with lack of service asked for a quote for building materials and composite decking- no quote after a week and chased up with a phone call- assured quote would be provided asap - no response a month later. If this is not a one off incident the staff member must be loosing them a substantial amount of business.Alternative builders merchant quoted within 2 hours and secured the sale.
