Do not recommend! This place has rapidly declined in the last couple of years. The staff do not want to be there as its obvious with their attitude especially to customers. Ever the floor managers couln't care less. As we sat a young waitress asked our order and we asked kindly for a few more minutes as we hadn't even opened our menus yet. She sighed and walked off. Once we had given our order and waited, we could see that other tables kept receiving and returning their orders as they were incorrect. This did not give us hope. As we waited more that 40 minutes for our food with no check for drink refills or to let us know that our food wont be much longer [common decency for hospitality]. My partner and I decided that we no longer wish to dine here and got up to inform the waitress - who was slumped over the counter - that we are leaving and to cancel our order. She then snapped and said 'You cant do that, Your food will be out now.' I must note on this that the restaurant was not inundated with customers and no-one seemed to be rushed off their feet. All the staff seemed to have a 'don't care' kind of attitude. Another note is the price increase with the menu including charging an additional £1 for each sauce. Do not try to write this off as inflation with the stock or with suppliers as the price increase is just pure greed.

Every Month I take my Family to Cardiff and we choose a different place to eat. December was my choice and I opted for one of my all time favs TGI Fridays. Firstly the music was so loud my lad was complaining that it was making his head vibrate. I asked a member of staff if it could be turned down and was told NO. We ordered drinks which arrived in good time, ordered the food it arrived reasonably quick. My Daughter realised that the ceramic pot that the slaw arrived in was cracked, I told a member of staff who shrugged and walked off without a word. I then spoke with Lucas who quickly got it changed for us. As the food was delivered I ordered another Coffee, nearly 30 minutes go by and nothing, I noticed that the bar staff were more interested in talking and messing around when drinks orders were being handed to them at a fast pace. So for the 3rd time I asked if my Coffee was ready, it turned up cold because it was sat on the bar and I had to send it back. The food was ok, my lad loved his Hotdog and my Daughter loved the Maple Fries. I shared my burger with my children and they both said it was dry and rubbery. I was so close to turning into a full on Karen and asking for a Manager, then I realised that there were so many issues that my complaints would fall on deaf ears. I had a discount voucher for 20% off, but 20% was not taken off the bill and when I asked why I was told that the till was at fault. We left and all agreed that we will lot come to this location again to eat.

Having previously loved coming to tgi?s I was honestly shocked after visiting a few days ago. This place was known for massive meals and a real treat for special occasions. After a rubbish year we decided to treat ourselves and come in for lunch before a busy day shopping only to find the prices were extortionate and the portion sizes were tiny. My mother had a chimichanga priced at around £20 only to be served a tiny barely filled wrap and some salsa and guacamole around the sides. I myself had a burger and it was nothing special, not like it used to be as tgi?s always used to have the best burgers. After being loyal customers for years we won?t be returning and left that day disappointed, still feeling hungry and wishing we?d gone to slim chickens.

Have Been To Tgi Fridays St David?s Many times and never had a problem yesterday 12/12/23 was not a good experience will start by saving the food was great no issues but the service was appalling we were shown to our table waited around 15-20 minutes for drinks order there was No Napkins or cutlery on the table and our waitress Ebony I think her name was was so miserable no customer service skills whatsoever Maybe they need to train there staff better

Terrible. All I can say. Went in November and had a lovely time having the unlimited wings. This time however was horrific. They still have the unlimited wings advertised all over the tgi website so thought it was still on. Booked a table to 7 people for my best friends birthday before breaking up for Christmas. We sat down and I asked for the menu for the wings. The waiter came back said they stopped the wings even though they advertised it on the website. We decided to leave because we were disappointed and didn?t want anything else on the menu. I then asked the waiter why it ended and they said ? they must have got an email from the head office telling them the wings stopped? however the ?head office? couldn?t stop the advertising on the website. In addition, they then couldn?t tell me why it end. It ruined my best friends bday. Cheers buddy

Very rude aggressive staff the place was very dirty too, long wait for drinks, long wait for food, ordered a glass of wine which was served in a dirty glass, we complained and the young boy just sniggered and snatched the glass away and came back 30 mins later with a new glass of wine no apology, food was ok but was put off by how dirty the restaurant was so a bit concerned about how clean the kitchen would be , female toilets were dirty too.Would not recommend

Disappointed, very poor service, ordered food and drinks, waited 15 minutes and still no drinks, went to the bar to enquire, drinks had been poured but just left on the side. Restaurant not busy so no excuse! Staff wandering aimlessly around. Ordered more drinks while eating our food, still not arrived when we asked for the bill! Will not be returning!

Pre booked a table for 3 to visit on a late Sunday afternoon prior to a show in the Cardiff arena. Had to wait a few minutes for a table to be cleared but that was fine. Waitress came over and took order but swiftly returned as first choice drinks option was unavailable. Drinks took a little while to come out and the mocktail was disappointing as was mainly a glass of crushed ice. Food arrived but we had no cutlery. Had to catch a passing waiter for cutlery. He came over 10 minutes later with forks but said the rest was in the dishwasher - my husband had ordered a steak but had no knife! The meals had clearly been waiting on the pass for a while as they were tepid at best. Parts of the meals were missing- I ordered the Glazed Chicken burger but had no glaze on the side, my husband ordered Steak Frites but had no mushroom or garlic butter. There was no salt in the salt cellar, no vinegar, very little ketchup, no bbq or other sauces on the table either. No-one came around to ask if everything was ok. Portions were also really small considering the price. When the waitress came to take our plates away she simply asked 'shall I bring the bill?' No asking if we wanted any desserts or any refills on empty drinks. Really disappointing visit and we won't be coming back again and I certainly wouldn't recommend. Over £100 for a very disappointing visit for 3

We were seated for 30 min before being served. Staff were all walking around aimlessly like zombies. The starter came with salad garnish which consisted of limp iceberg lettuce and people on other tables had been waiting an hour for their main course so we decided to leave, the staff members just watched us walk out without a care in the world. Will never step foot in a TGI Fridays again.

Wonderful young brunette bartender (apologies, not sure of her name) serving us last night (1/12/23) Very attentive and handled some exceptionally difficult customers beside us amazingly well.

Our waiter was Jacob and the service was amazing, couldn?t fault it! He noticed straight away if we needed anything. The food was also really good and will be definitely coming again.
