The best Yo branch I?ve visited. Always a warm and caring welcome. The chefs do a fantastic job and the food cooked to order is always faultless! There is something really working well here, the staff seem to have high morale and treat customers so well.The Cribbs Causeway branch food and customer service is unfortunately horrendous in comparison. Thanks Cardiff team!

Unfortunately, the quality of the food has declined tremendously throughout the years after all the kitchen staff changes. It's a shame, it used to be 5/5 a few years ago.

We went for the bottomless belt.. however, the belt had the same few dishes going around, mostly all with spice on (salmon dragon roll, spicy katsu roll, yo roll, hoisin duck roll, tuna onigiri).
Food was boring due to feeling like we were eating the same item all the time, just to make us full. We still managed to leave feeling hungry
No puddings went around apart from the same 2 that we saw since we got there (cream puff)
It was really disappointing.. and wouldn?t considering going again, due to its poor choices on the belt. Staff, however, are able to make things for the fridge and not the paying customers sat at the tables
We did go at 6:30, so who knows if the experience is better earlier on. I highly doubt it.
Staff were okay? they weren?t over friendly and welcoming, nor were they mega rude.
Overall, lack of food choice left us feeling underwhelmed and disappointed. 0% chance of recommending this to friends and family. 0% chance of going back.

Stopped by for lunch after some shopping. The conveyor belt concept is definitely cool?you can just grab whatever catches your eye as it passes by. The pricing is based on the colour of the dishes, which is a fun and easy system to follow.
The food was fresh and of decent quality, but not the best sushi I?ve had. There was an overuse of mayo and sauces on many dishes, which masked the actual flavours. The selection was also quite limited, with hardly any tuna options?mostly salmon based items. We also tried the Japanese fries, which were actually quite good.
Service was professional, friendly, and quick. Overall, it was an okay experience. Worth a try if you're curious about the concept, but not a go-to spot for serious sushi lovers.

Sushi choices a bit limited, but nicely rolled and tasty.. love the ramen noodles soup.. staffs are friendly too..better to make reservation before going.

Such a great experience I was visiting wales for the first time and a friend took me here. The service was so helpful and nice. The food was very well priced and good. Overall, it was really good. I still miss this.
