Two of my family members have worked at this store and both had very bad experiences with management in the store, both saying they were spoken down to a lot, and made to feel like they had no choice but to leave. Will never shop here for this reason.

Pretty unwelcoming - popped in today whilst some staff member was explaining her thoughts on changing the shop layout. Made eye contact but absolutely no response - no hello - no welcome. Went upstairs to checkout men?s wear - no staff there to ask if I could try t the shirt?s on. Went back downstairs saw the same woman who looked at me as if I was an inconvenience and left. Shame really as they have some nice stuff (sic) but I won?t be back. Whatever happened to customer service ?????

Great shop.. helpful staff . Love white stuff after seeing a work colleague wearing it. Pricey but lots of sales. Unusual pretty clothes .
