I have had really good service from this practice, particularly from Dr McConnell and Dr Hashmi. I would have given 5* except the attitude of a few of tge receptionists hasn't been great.

Have recently transferred over to WMC having previously been at a surgery in Llanishen. Am so impressed with the surgery so far - surgery itself is clean with adequate parking, receptionists are really helpful, no long queues on the phone, efficient prescription request service, no issue getting a F2F appointment and clinical staff have all been very helpful.

My mum attends this surgery and has told me about the disgusting service that she received today from a middle aged women at the desk. My mum attending as she needed something signed off from doctor as she needs special assistance when travelling. The rude receptionist couldn?t promise to have the letter stamped by 20th and said she wasn?t going on holiday til 15th may and didn?t see what the rush was. I need this letter back before the 20th only requires a stamp! Just a bit of notice for the receptionist you don?t know peoples problems and you get paid to be nice for the 8 hours of your shift there is no need for the rudeness. I will be visiting that surgery come Monday. I think it?s absolutely disgusting how you spoke to my mother and I?m sure you wouldn?t like someone doing the same to yours. Please be mindful when you speak to people and be kind you are not the doctor you get paid to do a job so do it with a smile and not attitude, if you can?t do that then your clearly in the wrong job!

Can?t praise staff enough When you hear of patients waiting weeks to see gp this practice will always see you on the daily if considered urgentespecial thanks to dr ko. Her care knowledge and prompt intervention ensured I had early treatment and therefore positive outcome

Admin staff do an amazing job but lack of communication between GPs - I have been with the practice all of my life, after my Mum passing away in February from undiagnosed sepsis I have had severe depression - I had a call today with a GP who knew nothing about the history with my Mum and I that lasted all of two minutes and basically said take these, see how you go. Just frightening and shocking really.

Great surgery with great Drs and staff from both previous separate surgeries. The merger has been smooth for patients and probably benefits the patients more. Very efficient and appts where needed are possible. Cannot fault the care given and the kindness shown over the years.
