The pharmacy is of absolutely no use to anyone working 9 to 5 Monday to Friday. I guess it?s customer focus is on elderly people, like everything else in sleepy old Radyr.

Only open when most people are in work. Should offer one late night and Saturday opening to meet the needs of more people. If you are able to get there in the week you will probably find them understaffed with a long queue. You will then be told they don?t have what you need in stock and to come back. The village deserves better.

Credit where credit is due as they say . I would have agreed with negative reviews before but I believe the pharmacy workers were completely overwhelmed with the volume of work . My recent experiences have been excellent. Phone answered promptly, polite and efficient. A tiny pharmacy serving a massive area . They?re doing their best and the improvement is obvious . Thankyou

I recently visited this pharmacy and was extremely impressed with their service.
The staff were not only professional but also incredibly helpful.
They took the time to answer all my questions and provided detailed guidance on my medications.

Well must say, 2 girls' work hard in the pharmacy Vicky and Emma I believe. Very helpful and clearly know what they are doing. They have done well since being at the Radyr branch. Very polite and always get good customer service.

I found the staff in this pharmacy to be rude, as this is my local pharmacy this is the most convenient but from now on I'll use somewhere else.

I have received the very best treatment and advice from Well pharmacy Radyr.The kind pharmacist was able to prescribed me antibiotics for which I'm extremely grateful.

Always full of attitude. Always days late with important medication. always take forever and a year to complete prescriptions even with the meds rite there next to them. Disgusted by the way they treat and talk to people.

Very hard to see this pharmacy decline the way it has over the last year.I am there most weeks and it gets worse each time.The shelves are empty, staff are rummaging through stacked trays to find prescriptions they?ve not had chance to properly file, most staff members are ok, but one last week has pushed me to write this review, A old man who clearly struggled mobility wise was told to come back in the afternoon , he was visibly cheesed off but not rude , he said ? you told me it would be ready today?? , the member of staff them embarrassed him in front of a lot of other customers myself included ( we were all awkwardly looking at each other in shock) by loudly telling him to drop his attitude, she spoke to this man who was well into his 80s like a toddler! I don't think she cared just how much effort physically it probably will take that man to keep returning for nothing, he had every right to be disappointed, Its really embarrassing how long their turn around time is for prescriptions , Im talking 3 days which is outrageous. I cant see how this pharmacy will survive another year, its not a independent pharmacy the WELL chain is thriving most places so I don't get what makes the Radyr branch so poor. They?ve even stopped their repeat service which again is a life line for old people.Please look into staff and stock for the branch its becoming unbearable.

Disappointed with no stock on shelves but the pharmacy staff are doing well obtaining and fulfilling prescriptions on time. I have seen the staff being shout at, even though the fault is not with them. They do go above and beyond, and myself and girlfriend, don't have any issues.

What can I say. The staff at this pharmacy are loving and caring. Friday the 25th I was amazed how one of the colleagues working at the branch helped 2 sick people. This is what we need in this community, I can't praise them enough for what they have done, and definitely made the place a turn a round. Well done. I will definitely be coming back to this pharmacy and bring my family along too.

Sadly this pharmacy absolutely never has enough medication. Since moving to Radyr I have been here maybe 10 times and I?d say 9 out of those 10 the whole prescription was unable to be fulfilled. This always results in needing to come back a few days later which is really inconvenient. I even rang today to confirm the item was in stock but then there was only 3 out of the 4 boxes.I won?t bother trying again. Please sort out your stock ordering.

After giving this thought and consideration, I can clearly say that this pharmacy is now getting back onto is feet. It have been a rollacoaster ride for this typical place, especially when it haven't had the proper staff here, however the people they got in there now are doing a very good job. There are changes for people to order their medication, which I totally respect that, especially when the staffing levels are low. The staff are saying to order 10 days before they run out and this gives us all a better time. The shop is even taking a u turn with stock on shelves more variety. Its finally coming back. ?. Please let's all stick together as a community and support the pharmacy. They are doing ? best. I haven't had any issues nor my family.
