I have had nothing that a problem every single month picking my mum's medication. I do appreciate the staff working hard but my mums health is my priority. I have enough and decided to change the pharmacy today.

I had been having awful problems with the staff at Boots chemist Llanrumney, and so transferred my repeat prescription to Well! Well Chemist Llanrumney are superb, they are friendly, informative and helpful and actually answer their phones!Such a huge improvement compared to the rude, unhelpful staff at Boots. I'd highly recommend Well chemist to everyone.

Thankyou for today for putting my prescription on a monthly repeat it takes me a while to set my self up to sort my meds up and then I miss days and it does affect me much appreciated young lady what a relief again a big Thankyou x

don?t bother going here unless you want to wait 40 minutes (after being told the wait will be 10 minutes) just for them to tell you that they don?t have 2/3 of your prescription ?
