Amazing service ? as expected at Well Pharmacy, Heol Llanishen.
Lauren, as always, was a font of knowledge ? professional and sensitive at the same time. On this occasion, I needed an appointment with the pharmacist Eelynn, who completely put my mind at ease. She went over everything thoroughly, providing a far better risk assessment and level of care than what the busy doctors could have offered.
Well done to the Llanishen branch ? you truly are doing an amazing job keeping the people of the community well and supported.

Staff (Lauren Adam & Lyn) are all very helpful pleasant and professional. I?m at well chemist regularly between my mum and myself for prescriptions. I couldn?t ask for a better service it?s always 100%.

A big thank you to all the staff who help provide my wife with outstanding service.Following a problem with a renewal prescription ( no fault of Well) and non delivery of her drugs,We contacted the pharmacy on Wednesday am. They resolved the problem, collected the prescription from our surgery this morning and delivered the drugs this pm.Well done Well.ER

About the worst pharmacy in Wales, they only sent part of my important medication on Friday, they had forgot the other. I was in pain on the Monday, they said they couldn't deliver till the Tuesday despite it was their mistake. They didn't bother coming on the Tuesday at all. I had to call my drs surgery to intervene on the Wednesday to get my outstanding prescription
