I?ve been here for years and the staff were always friendly and I went yesterday to collect my medicine I saw a new person there he told me it will be a 15 minutes wait I said ok then kept me waiting 45 minutes I asked him how much longer is it gonna take he asked my name then came back and said there sorting it then kept me waiting even longer then the Muslim woman who been working there long she saw me waiting long then asked my name I gave it to her and she got the medicine for me and the new male they got there he needs to improve his customer service his service is bad he ignored a woman there he kept her waiting long to I came in before 5 people who came in after me and they all got there medicine straight away there is also no change with the stuff they keep you waiting longer there to busy taking and giggling!

Incompetent pharmacy. Given benefit of the doubt for 3 months but absolutely no change. Cannot never get a prescription correct. Pharmacy blames the doctors surgery, doctors surgery then blame the pharmacy and so on. Why send a message to say prescriptions are ready if they are always half full. Ridiculous service, I will be moving my repeat to somewhere that actually cares. Staff don't seem to care.

Just seems to be deteriorating. Staff is on the edge, however i can see the customers are also unnecessarily impatient and demanding. They can make mistakes so check your medicines

Do not use this pharmacy!
Gave my prescription 2 weeks ago, told I would get a call, did not receive any contact. Took over 20 calls over multiple days to get through to them. I was told it would now need to be special order. 2 weeks later today walk in as no contact and couldn't get through on the phone, I was told I would have to go elsewhere as the prescription had not been received. I need this medicine every 30 days, with drastic health implications if I don't receive it. The communication, professionalism and integrity of this pharmacy is an utter disgrace.

What is the point in advertising a telephone number if you NEVER answer the phone? Also, I never recieve notification that my prescription is ready.EDIT: Changing to one star after still continuing to refuse to answer the phone and unprofessional attitude after last visit.

Dropped off my prescriptions on a Wednesday and told them that I will pick them up on the Friday, arrived here on Friday afternoon and told that the medication has been bagged up but because pharmacist is not on the premises I can not have my medication, they need to be checked, now I?ve had to catch two buses from North Cardiff, a simple text saying that don?t bother to collect as we can not stick to our schedule would have been sufficient and saved me about two hours of travelling. Since this chemist have joined the Co-Op the service has been terrible and if I could I would never bother to visit here again

Iv been calling this chemest every day this week on the telephone and they keep picking up the phone and put it back down again with out speaking . im disabled and i have my medicen deliverd every month . BUT every month i have to call them Because they have not deliverd them and i keep running out of my Life saving Meds. Yet again iv ran out and they will not answer the phone. Like i said i cant walk as im Disabled . i think its time i get my solicitors involved as i am scared something might happen to me . i hole Wells will do something about this Before some one gets Hurt. its not hard to answer the phone .

Visited the chemist today with a prescription for eye drops was told by the female assistant that the drops were not in stock, she then glanced at the customer behind, as if to dismiss me, so I then asked when would the drops be back in stock, she replied maybe by the end of the week but it was best to try another chemist. Customer service surly lacking and staff not helpful at all, maybe Well Pharmacy have too many customers and can afford to dismiss customers so quickly and send their custom elsewhere.
