Disappointed in Afternoon tea here in Waterloo Garden cafe, the tea was 3 tiny finger sandwiches 4 tiny cakes and 1 scone and 1 pot of tea, that's what we had each and it was £50 which was so over pric3d for the food we had, I was taking my friend for her 80th birthday and was Disappointed for her. I have been to so many Afternoon tea and this was by far the worst, not worth £25 n3ver mind £50 .?

Excellent breakfast spot. We had delicious poached eggs on avocado toast with Hollandaise sauce. Lovely spot and vibes. Great friendly staff!

Hadn't been here for years but it's still just as good as ever! Huge selection of interesting teas and good coffees/hot chocolates too. But the best bit is definitely the cakes! The vegan chocolate avocado cake was delicious, as was the carrot cake. Highly recommended after a nice walk in the park!

Had the best ever CHOCOLATE FUDGE CAKE ever from this place - told all my friends about it wanted to take them to all try some... And then it vanished and hasn't been in all week at least.

The staff here were so nice. It was busy but still efficient, I didn?t have to wait long for my takeaway drink. The pumpkin spice latte was good (a bit pricey, but a nice treat). Good atmosphere. Lots of delightful looking vegan cake options on offer.

Awful customer service. Booked my mother onto the barista training course which cost £60. My mum was unable to attend the date I ordered so visited the store and was told that it would be absolutely fine to change the date, I would just need to email Adam. Well this is where it all went wrong, Adam informed me (5 days waiting for a response from him) that I wouldn?t be allowed to change the course date. All of this contrary to what I was told in store. I?ve emailed Adam back on two occasions now and despite a whole week passing I?m still yet to receive a response. I?ve even called the store to request someone be in touch and again no one has got back to me. I remember when they used to put customers first, this seems to no longer be the case. Terrible service from what used to be a nice friendly independently run coffee shop

We pop in every Sunday morning for breakfast and we are always greeted with warm friendly smiles from the girls especially Aoiffa aplogies for spelling who has added our names to the greeting
