I never ever leave a bad review but disappointed with the way I was treated today ive been wanting to go for ages expecting a lovrly Vienese coffee. Such a disappointment and the member of staff uostairs looked down his nose at me and treated me like a child.

This is easily the best delicatessen in Cardiff. The quality of the food, especially the cooked meats, is exceptional. The lamb carpaccio (if available) is divine.
In addition to the deli, the Viennese cafe upstairs is also brilliant.
The staff are unfailingly polite and provide good service.

Nice atmosphere and smartly presented waiting staff in the coffee shop. Rather slow service if you haven't got much time (we had to cancel one item because it hadn't been served before we had to go).

Stumbled across this lovely little magical place. Love these kinds of places you never know what you will find. I was thrilled when I seen the chocolate counter. Got to mix and match a little bag. It was literally like being a kid in a candy shop. The women was very helpful and kind. If I'm in Cardiff again I'll definitely be going back.

The cooked meats are always excellent. The coffeeshop is like stepping back in time to old school hospitality. The deli has always got some hidden gem. I don't know what is better; shopping or eating it!

Great selection of meats, cheeses, sweets and drinks. I usually find a good treat and a good whisky to take home.
They have a cafe upstairs too - coffee is good. Have yet to try the food, but it looks like they have breakfast options if you are visiting the city and need to start your day off right.
