Food is delicious, no issues there. The staff were perfectly lovely but we weren't told anything about how to order or anything so we were kinda left hanging for a bit. Plus some kind of alarm/beep was persistently going off & coming through the speakers which made it impossible to talk or concentrate so had to quickly finish&Dave as the staff were just carrying on as normal without trying to stop it ??????

our server Anh was very lovely and patient with my partner's diy donburi order and all of our food came out pretty quickly for peak friday night on valentine's day. Very delicious!

The food is okayish, nothing exquisite. The gyoza was half fried or half steamed, don't know but it was a bit off (not fresh) , duck bao buns were good, i have had better. The fire cracker curee was good, and at last dessert was also good.
It was valentine's night, so the place was crowded but we were able to get our seats in 2-3 mins of waiting.
The service was a bit slow as we asked for a glass of water, which we got in 7 mins and dessert which was just a simple ice cream in 15 mins.
The food is not cheap, you can get better food and service at an authentic japanese or chinese restaurant, rather than a national chain for 60-80% of the price.

I had the most fabulous time at Wagamama?s Cardiff library. Me and my friends arrived there yesterday at six o'clock in the afternoon for a catch up. The atmosphere is just what we love! Welcoming, great lighting, spotlessly clean and I cannot express how wonderful the staff are.
I work in customer service myself and I understand how hard it can be to retain happy and smiley throughout an entire shift, especially at peak times. Our server Nick was beaming with smilies and had the most amazing knowledge on all of the menu items. I was recommended the most beautiful meal, it was the best dish I?ve eaten in a long time. Nick made our experience one to remember, I am so grateful for the service we received I want to say thank you and we will be returning very soon. Highly recommend!

The worst ramen I've ever eaten. Ordered the Kare borosu dish. The soup was completely tasteless. Poor quality pasta, which is the most important thing in this dish.

Fab service and excellent meals. Kat the manager was so good with us as my mum has an allergy. Can't recommend Wagamama and manager Kat enough for their knowledge, welcome and service. See you next time!
