Vodafone is not helpful company when you are trying to chat no help you asking human being to chat with you but they don?t pass your request, I?m trying to talk to them over 1hour now still no help , guys this is not 1st or 2nd time but this is what you always do and this is one of the reasons I want to leave you. Thank you for gave me bad experience.

Came into Vodafone in St David?s having no clue where to start. We were directed towards Kyle, who was incredibly helpful and made the whole process very easy and clear. This was our first shopping experience where we?ve actually come out and had fun. Truly a wonderful bloke, would 100% recommend. Many thanks - Pete and Lexi!

Terrible misleading advice. Called in to ask for help or recommendation for a good mobile phone battery replacement service. Either the manager (I think he was?) was incompetent OR more interested in selling to me an existing Vodafone customer a new phone.
100% negative attitude eg phone is sealed can't be opened etc etc.
Directly opposite Vodafone is a Samsung authorised national franchise specialising in repair of Samsung products called iSmash.
I am extremely disappointed with the Vodafone staff member for not knowing (very unlikely) or more likely trying to mislead me. Shame on you Vodafone.
BTW iSmash £59 + 12 months warranty, completed in less than 2 hours, with OEM battery.

I am so greatful for tash who works here, mad panic while visiting my daughter at uni as I lost my bag including phone..went to the store distraught at the thought as I had only had a SIM only contract, so stressed and upset,she was amazing, informative,calm, reassuring and just what I needed to be greeted with in my situation,the other guys were ok to thanks so much ?

I do not recommend this store and this mobile operator. If you do not want to spoil your mood and not to ruin your nerves, then you should not use the services of this mobile operator. My service package did not have enough data for the Internet and Yaya came to this store to help me add data. But these bad employees persuaded me to sign a contract. They said that the package will be connected within 24 hours and I will use the services. But the connection did not appear not in a day, but there was no connection for more than 14 days. I wanted to cancel the contract, but these people who sit and do nothing in the store, deceived me, said that it would not be possible to cancel the contract until they turn on the SIM card, they deliberately dragged out time so that 14 days would pass and I could not cancel the contract. As soon as 14 days passed, they turned on my connection. And it also turned out when I tried to clarify the situation that an unscrupulous employee, without my knowledge, slipped me a contract term of 24 months, although I did not ask him about it. But due to the previous lack of communication, I had to buy a SIM card from another operator. And I never want to use the services of this dishonest company again and I am breaking the contract with this operator despite the fine. Do not come to this operator, they will deceive you. They do not know how to work honestly.

Excellent service.
I was a customer with a different mobile provider. I switched to Vodafone for a contract deal I wanted. I was able to get the service I requested at a reasonable price per month.
I was able to browse the mobile phones available and contract deals at my own pace. The store had a great customer flow and items were well displayed.
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful with any questions I asked. I was greeted on arrival by a staff member who polite and helpful. I was served by the manager on my visit to who talked me through the phones available and a contract deal to suit and support my usage. After care and support with staff is on hand anytime.

very bad customer service i must say Vodafone Cardiff needs to hire a good and better-trained team of staff who actually know what customer service is they will stair at you weirdly and then start talking in their own language i don't know but the staff there is ridiculous.

If i could give zero i wouldThe worst customer service.Shocking don't bother to go there.I went next door to EE did to phone contacts total £150 and had a world class customer serviceVodafone sort your staff out as you will keep loosing customer.
