Scam company, stay away, fraudulent in a legal way, many other providers provide half the price and double the speed.They kept increasing my bill every few months from 24 to 31 to 32.60 to £64 A MONTH and their justification was that my contract has ended, even when I wanted to cancel they said I must give them 30 days notice even when my contract had expired so that means they will collect another £64.That's how they treated me after being with them for many years, no consideration to loyal customers, horrible customer service takes hour for them to respond if they ever do, you will need to take a day off work to deal with any issues or queries you have.They will offer you a sweet deal before you sign up and once you're in they will start scamming you.I was able to get a deal today with hyperoptic, literally double the speed and half the price with no commitment.From someone who's been with virgin media for years, take my advice, stay way, STAY AWAY as it's not even worth the stress they will put you through. They will just scam you in a legal way that you can't do nothing about it.Disgusting company. Wish if there was less than 1 star to give.

The retentions team are so good at their job I have lost the will to live. With no option to cancel online, after dealing with hours of getting passed around on chat I tried calling. Therein lies the root of my miserable fate. My life energy has been sapped away like the husk of a crab shell in a dried up poisoned sea. My inspiration for life has withered to the dull tinny beat of synthesizer muzak. Just allow me to cancel and then fade away into obscurity. Please. please.
