Visited the Cardiff Virgin desk (Next) looking for advice, guidance and to book a holiday. I thought my custom would be welcomed following the impact of Covid. I was told to email. I walked back to the desk for a second try but was told that email was best. I'll stick to booking on line thank you.

Fantastic store with a great decor including the Premium Economy & Upper Class seats to try out! They offer a wide range of exciting destinations and can cater all kinds of holidays from a normal vacation to hen/stag and honeymoons plus even more.The Holiday Expert in there Clare is incredible, she's got loads of product knowledge and has visited a large range of their destinations so she's always given first hand key insight to the destination, hotels and the excursions available. I wouldn't book any of my holidays with anyone else.

It was better than I expected as I tried to go in before only to be told I could not as I had no appointment. Not sure of the reason why I was told that but had an apology from one of the agents and was made to feel very welcome

I received a quote for a holiday yesterday - 10th August 2019 and was advised that this would be e-mailed to me. I didn?t receive the e-mail. I rang the store and left a message and haven?t received a response or e-mail. I will be going elsewhere to obtain a quote.
