I recently visited the Urban Outfitters store in Cardiff and had a great shopping experience. The store's aesthetic is on point, with a curated selection of trendy clothing, accessories, I picked up a few cool shirts. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the store's layout made it easy to browse. If you're into fashion-forward pieces with a bit of an edgy vibe, Urban Outfitters is definitely worth checking out in Cardiff. I hope you enjoy your moment at this store.

Lovely shop, friendly staff. It seems like a well run shop from the shop floor up to the management, really friendly and warm. The discounted section is easily accessible and good for finding some absolute bargains! Would recommend 11 times out of 10.

Came in on Monday looking for an item for my granddaughter as it?s her birthday on Thursday, she said that she loves urban outfitters, wasn?t entirely sure what to buy for a soon to be 16 year old and I approached one of the staff members on the floor if I could have some help, this lovely staff member went above and beyond, couldn?t of asked for anyone better! I didn?t catch her name, she had dark hair and about 5?4? Fantastic service!

Came into store last Wednesday to grab some last minute bits for holiday, wasn?t entirely sure what I was after, I had a lovely staff member with blonde hair approach me and asked if I needed any help; I explained I was a bit lost with outfit builds and she helped me find some staple pieces that are on trend currently and easy to pair with anything! I then was asked at the till if I had the UO reward app and that I would receive 10% off by signing up today! All around lovely experience and will be coming back!

Poor management, one till open on busy Saturday so long queues.

Disabled access is fine throughout with a lift also.
