Over the last year I have seen the prices increase no less than 3 times, deals have been removed & I am now getting less and less Coffee for my money. The staff are happy to apply discounts if you work for Transport for Wales / Cardiff Train Station but other discount cards are not accepted. I suppose a captive audience can be manipulated in this example. What we need is a bit of competition, I would like to see a competitor set up on Platform 1 & 2 as a reminder to Upper Crust that they can only take advantage for so long before something breaks. If the coffee was OUTSTANDING then I would have no basis for this review, however it is not.

I purchased a baguette from the Cardiff central platform for my journey to Liverpool. When I was sat on the train and started to eat my food. I was disgusted when I came across an individual eyelash extension in my baguette. I couldn?t finish the rest or my baguette because I felt physically sick thinking about how many others I had eaten.
