Sophie helped me book myself and my partners first holiday and we couldn't be more grateful! We tried to look online but we really wanted someone to talk to face to face. Cardiff Bay Tui store has all facilities including toilets facilities. It's welcoming, spacious, friendly, highly experienced. They listen to the customers needs. The travel bureau is available in the store. I would like to nominate Callum, Cherry Store Manager, Kelseah, Ellen and the remaining team.

Popped into store this morning to book a large group holiday. Booking for 22 people with a varied age range can be difficult. We were looked after by KELSEA who was very patient and professional throughout. Kelsea was very friendly and made sure we were fully informed and given plenty of options.
