Tried to call tsb about the problem l was having with on line banking and three times l only got told that they were dealing with customers and good by , and to go to the internet not happy with this service feel l will change my bank.

I usually love TSB and never need to go to the bank but I went I there yesterday at 4:30 and they said it was closed when the signs clearly says 5pm and no explanation was given as to why?.

Excellent staff always go out of there way to help. Counter does close at 4pm but does say open until 5 pm only down point. Keep up the good work tsb

Took an Asylum seeker friend to the bank to open a bank account. According to the staff he can?t have a 2nd bank account when my self have 3 bank account. Disgusting attitude glad that I don?t bank with TSB! Do not recommend!!!!!!!

Really pleased with the branch - received a call today from Jonathan who i?ve had a meeting with previously. Nice to see TSB are looking after their customers to see if they need any assistance with the current climate. Always found the store helpful :)
