Very happy with the sale services Aled, Steve and Simon and the deliveries by Steve and Matthew. The delivery guys did excellent extra miles by putting my cement bags in the shed and taking away the many used panels

The biggest Travis I've come across! Very happy and helpful staff during the collection process fair play to them , however on the customer payment point, the staff member was a little unfriendly, wearing gloves and a mask and decided to throw the signing pen towards my direction,which I found very odd.Maybe his people skills need improvement or just a bad day? Hence the 4 stars.

Super helpful staff and loads of good quality building products at a fraction of the price of other places. The forklift driver who helped me with the timber was very friendly and quick to help.

Do not use these ppl as they do not give Good advice or give you the best price.Asked for cheapest slabs 450 ×450Was quoted £4.50 per slabs, had them in mind, also other sand and chippings and was quoted for all, and deliverd to find out that slabs delivered were £8 when complained was told that's what was ordered/ that's all we hadAn update on problem with service from TPI have been reimbursed to a satisfactory degree and thank TP Cardiff South for the quick response.
