Just arrived back with Singapore airlines from New Zealand ,disappointed on the trip back as we were advised by trailfinder business to stop over in Singapore as there was less than an hour to catch the next flight .Found out when we arrived in Singapore that the next flight was in 3 hours ,we were told that the hotel was in the airport but we weren't told that we would have to get a visa as we were going out of airport's boundaries. I think the gentleman was looking at New Zealand times when looking at the next flight.This cost us an extra day's travel and the extra cost of booking a hotel which we didn't need.

Just come back from a fabulous holiday in Thailand that we booked with yourselfs.I honestly can't thank you enough for organising this trip of a life time.The lady that helped us Giselle I think her name is was so helpful ?We have made so many precious memories that we wouldn't have been able to do without your professionalism and excellent customer service.THANKYOU.xx

The best travel service you can get! Been using them for years. The staff are very knowledgeable friendly and helpful. During the pandemic when we had to change plans frequently trying to get to Australia the service and support they gave was outstanding. On my way to see them this morning to book out next trip. I highly recommend them.

Travelled with Trailfinders many times in the last 25 years, never had a problem. Same can be said of our most recent trip to Thailand for 17 nights, Phuket,Koh Samui,Bangkok. Wonderfull hotels and the transfers were timed perfect from airport to hotel and vice versa. Will most definitely be booking with them again.Well done.

I have been dealing with Trailfinders for the last 20 years in all that time I have never ever been let down.they are always ready to help and go out of their way the go the extra mile to keep a customer happy and that is priceless,you cannot buy service like that in the beginning many years ago I dealt with Carter.he was a sound guy and I liked him a lot.just recently I have been talking to to a gentleman called Stafford again fantastically helpful professional it credit to himself on the company 10/10

It would be good if you could get someone to answer the phone ,gave up after 20 mins the first time and 15minutes the 2nd time.
