Brilliant experience with TPS. Quoted half the price of other local locksmiths to open a mortice deadlock. Did a proper job too - unpicked the lock rather than just drilling it out which saved me money. Gave free advice on how to stop problem reoccuring. Turned up when he said he would was tidy, professional and got on well with the dog! Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Neil was very friendly and helpful throughout. Re-arrangement was needed as some tools weren't working correctly, but it was quickly rescheduled at no extra cost even around Christmas time.Would recommend and use again.

After helping a student of mine after her driving lesson who was having trouble unlocking the front door the key snapped!! So I googled a local locksmith who actually lived on the same estate. He and his family were on their way home. Literally 15mins before the Wales v Ireland six nations game Neil came to our rescue. He opened the door and cut a new key too!!
