Staff member refused to sell us a product as we don't have an account. This has never been an issue in other store locations. Be prepared for rudeness from staff if you are a customer of both tool station and the shop next door. Would recommend using a different Toolstation or different company.

12 months into my home renovation in Grangetown and I can confidently say I?m obsessed with this store! Now my go to for all my renovation needs, it?s been an absolute blessing to have the Sloper Road store on my doorstep.
I usually use the app to click and collect, and products are ready in no time at all for collection. Parking is ample and super easy to access the store, and the opening hours are super convenient. When I can?t find what I need or have a question, Leigh has been super helpful and given his expert advice to help me find what I need to get the job done.
The Sloper Road crew are friendly and helpful and non judgemental to the DIY-ers amongst their professional trade regulars!

The staff at this store were very friendly and helpful, especially Lee, who was knowledgeable about the item I purchased and gave me valuable advice on how to use it. I?ll definitely be using this store again in the future.

Came here to collect an order, of which some had been refunded. The woman who served me explained why and I had some additional questions which she helpfully answered and gave me additional information on top of that which was very helpful and I appreciated. Store is clean and looks well organised too.

Dreadful service, served by a lady who was rude and spoke down to me while was on her phone talking to me and texting someone! There wasn?t even anyone else in the store this morning when I came in. Lady looked stressed, the man did try to help me but I was on a job so had to leave and go city plumbing as I was in a rush
