Served by a young girl called Grace today. She came across as if she didnt want to be there, & was rude. Very poor customer service and no courtesy or manners. Its a shame really.

I came to this TK Maxx from Cardiff city centre hoping for a big selection. The store was large and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, at the central Cardiff store I could try on around 30 pairs of shorts and trousers, whereas here I could barely try on 10. The men's section felt much smaller than I expected, and I regretted making the trip. If you live nearby it's fine, though.

I mean, it's tk max, enter at your credit card's peril. This store is a large and on one floor, so not one of the huge mega sized store. Good selection, tidy store, wide aisles so good for accessibility, I think it was a step free entrance but not 100% sure. Good parking outside and lots of other stores nearby.

2 damaged silver gargoyles I took them to the checkout and at £15 each how much would they be, the team leader answered 99p off each.
I replied you can keep them at that price.
Not a happy customer. I paid for the dogs that cost £21 and left.

If you are prepared to wade through the rails of clothes you can grab a great bargain. It is a real shame that some shoppers treat it like a jumble sale and just leave things on the floor.
