Served by a young girl called Grace today. She came across as if she didnt want to be there, & was rude. Very poor customer service and no courtesy or manners. Its a shame really.

I came to this TK Maxx from Cardiff city centre hoping for a big selection. The store was large and the staff were friendly and helpful.
