“Booked tyres online with asda and turned up to garage to have them fitted. But NO tyres delivered from asda to the garage. Rang asda to be told tyres should of been delivered on the 27-03-24. I had to chase up asda about this because I have had no communication from them at all there customer is appalling ended up cancelling order and been told 5/6 days for a refund. Which absolutely rubbish service. Celtic tyres are amazing very helpful after asdatyres let me down. Sorted me out with 2 tyres brilliant service from Celtic tyres. Will definitely go back again. “Had the absolute best experience with these guys.Cannot recommend enough.Drove in with a flat tyre (thank you rogue screw) after failing to use the Fix and Go supplied with my tyre and with air leaking out swiftly I needed somewhere reasonably close to I didn't completely destroy my poor car. Popped into this wonderful place on Maes-y-coed road (only downside I can think of in this entire experience on one side is a cake factory and the other is Dominoes which means the temptation to snack caused just by the smell alone puts January diets at risk)I expected to have to leave the car and trudge home with my shopping but someone came out straight away and said they could get it done today!The gentleman who came out to see the car was helpful, cheerful and didn't make fun of my absolute lack of car knowledge which helped me feel less like the absolute idiot I am, which is always nice!I sat in reception and waited for my tyre change which seemed to be done extremely quickly, I thought I'd be there ages (there are windows in the reception into the garage so it's basically like watching your own reality TV show so it went by even quicker)The price was brilliant too, as someone with no car based knowledge I'd guestimated it being at least a hundred pounds so I was super impressed when it was far less.Great work, lovely atmosphere and genuinely nice people working there.I shall definitely be back for my MOT(And inevitably another flat tyre caused by my own negligence)Thank you all :3”
