Went to the store not long before closing and saw Albin & Saira. Both were incredibly helpful and patient! I needed to move three personal SIM?s to a business account and a business home broadband solution. All takes some time but both Albin & Saira were amazing and happy to stay after the store closing time until everything was setup. Thanks both for your assistance, really appreciated.

The staff was amazing, they helped me with everything I needed especially Harrison he was extremely helpful and supportive, he managed to sort out my problem and I have no more issues! The only downside was the noise of construction in the store.

I will never ever go there again, I swear they never respect to to the customer, some people work there they act like a kids you ask any questions they say call 333 so what you doing there if I call 333 they don?t want to help you, they just want to sit on the sofa and chat to each others ,anyway thanks for the bad service I ever had.

I would like to thank the assistant Albin and the rest of the crew for helping to solve such a long process as an upgrade of my contract, in my opinion they should give you more opportunities in dealing with such situations as happened to me, one specific person in the store who will do everything to make the customer happy, I hope that none of the many clients will encounter such a sad case in the future , If a customer comes to a store with such a serious problem, it is employees like Albin who should to handle such a case, or his Manager David and assistant Manager , sorry, buddy, but I don't remember your name , Thank you again for your help guys
