The service at this venue was absolutely appalling.
I sat at my table with dirty plates in front of me for well over twenty minutes. It was only after I had to ask a member of staff that they finally bothered to clear them away. The lack of attention was shocking.
From the start, the experience was frustrating. There was no explanation on how we should order, and half the menu was unavailable. On top of that, the app we were instructed to use was completely unreliable?staff couldn?t even access it themselves, leaving us browsing through items that were no longer on the menu.
Meanwhile, the staff appeared completely disengaged, standing around and chatting amongst themselves while customers were left waiting, ignored.
I will definitely not be returning to this venue and will make sure to tell everyone I know to avoid it as well. This was by far one of the worst dining experiences I?ve had.

I went to Three Arches for some drinks and food with friends. Khushi at the bar was very kind and attentive. Great food, good prices and amazing service. Would recommend 10/10 for chill vibes and good meal out!

Had a recent meal here on 24.9.24.
My husband?s food was excellent . Unfortunately my steak was not up to standard.
I must mention our superb waitress Danielle.
She did everything in her power to put things right. She is always happy friendly & has excellent customer service skills .

It is a fantastic pub with a welcoming atmosphere and a diverse menu and my favourite ofcourse. The food is freshly made, offering everything from classic pub dishes to delightful vegetarian/Vegan options. With friendly staff and a lovely beer garden, it?s perfect for casual gatherings or family meals. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy great food and good times!
Dietary restrictions: You?ll find plenty of delicious options right on the main menu. The dishes are creative and satisfying, so you won?t feel like you?re missing out at all.
The staff is super knowledgeable about the ingredients and are always willing to help customize dishes to fit your needs.

Horrible experience. Only went for coffee, at 11:30am on a Weds, this took 35 mins. As I came back from the bar (to chase up said coffee) I found 2 people had sat at my table, ignoring the fact my bag & coat were left there as I was alone.
The elderly lady proceeded to actually shout at me to remove my belongings claiming a member of staff had shown her there so it was her table (staff are not obliged to do this as you find your own table!). This was a humiliating experience in a packed pub & no one intervened until someone eventually brought my 1st coffee.
2nd coffee ordered on app took over 45mins at which point I asked for a refund & left. No alternative milk options.
It?s a busy place but staff seem a little overwhelmed. Won?t return any time soon.

Service not up to usual standard. Long waits for food and staff seemed stressed. Management / leadership not visible. Food was up to usual standard and hot etc.

Quiz night with a couple of friends. Had the madras and a few pints. Great atmosphere and had a good time despite loosing the quiz. Thank you to nisha who was our server for making us laugh.
