A very nice garden centre with lots to see. The café was really good, although there was a problem with the machine and our order didn?t go through, so we ended up waiting around an hour before asking about it. I believe it was the manager who helped us, he was very apologetic and gave us free drinks and crisps with our food as an extra, since we had ordered chips. Despite the hiccup, the staff handled it well, and I would definitely come again.

Great garden center let down by the cafe.
Lovely food, but poorly run self service cafe. Drinks took a long time (20 mins) to come and arrived after food which is pretty poor going.

When you order food it is overpriced but when it turns up and the jacket potato is cold and the salad is just a pile of lettuce, it just takes the piss. £9.95 for that

Very nice place but also extremely expensive. Best to shop at the turn of seasons for deals.

The 3 star is for the garden centre . Looks lovely. The cafe however is terrible as it's not customer friendly. It's not the staffs fault as they are very busy but the food comes nearly half hour before coffee. Which is really bad as most people like a drink with their food. Not good set up so something needs to be sorted. Too many customers and not enough staff. It's not staffs fault because they don't stop. The waitress who served (eventually) us was lovely and very apologetic

A super stop off venue and amazing for everyone lucky enough to live in close contact.
Great food and friendly, helpful staff. Bit of a hike to the tills but worth it for the lovely stock along the way.

It's a garden centre which has received quite a lot of investment of late. However this does mean it's more of a fancy food place and old-lady clothes shop than an actual garden centre, so couldn't find any fencing materials to repair our side gate for instance.

Went there today and was so impressed with the choice of plants and planters. Large cafe area is spotlessly clean and choice of food is superb.

Blooms has always been a go too for a browse and a lunch included, it was pretty poor the beef and horseradish sandwich was dry no butter on bread at all! and was so cold from being in the fridge for too long. One of us just had toast and that was cold and dry to the point they could not eat it. The soup of the day was really good though. Home made Welsh cake tasted like it was hanging round since St Davids Day! Dipped it in coffee to be able to get some moisture ???
The layout of the store is not customer friendly especially if you are in a wheelchair .
Disappointed in the gift side of things, but the garden centre was as usual beautiful

Went for a plant for our bathroom . A lady named louise help assisted us , Louise went above and beyond to help my wife and i to choose a plant . Louise spent a lot of time with us and made us feel we was the only customers in the shop. So all in all , good products and even better customer service.
