Awful experience. Cold, undercooked food. Bland pizza, it had two ingredients despite the 'veg' offered in place of the ingredients that weren't available and didn't even have any salt on it. Salt is basic and that was lacking. The cutlery and glasses were dirty, I had to wipe the rims of an orange/red coloured detrius before drinking from a straw from and wipe the cutlery. Service was good, quick but a truly awful dining experience of barely edible food. Clean toilets at least.

Food here was not the best. Considering all the spoons I have been to this place was the most expensive and the least favourite.

Great typical Wetherspoons. Efficient staff, friendly, very well priced drinks and food. Oh, and the building is a fabulous old theatre! - What's not to like?!

Don't bother buying food here. I ordered 3 meals at 11.45. The pub was quiet, plenty of empty tables. When the food eventually arrived all 3 meals were cold. Looks like they cooked them left them for 20 minutes and then brought them out to the table. Absolutely disgusting. Typical Wetherspoon's I suppose, I should know better and go to a proper pub.

You have to order through a qr code but the food and quick service certainly make up for that. I reccomend the fish and chips!

Simple straight Great

Extremely busy when there's an event on in Cardiff. Their WiFi can't cope with large numbers connected to it, mobile signals are very low inside too. This makes ordering from the app pretty impossible. The drinks are always good and the staff do a great job.

Typical Wetherspoons inside. Was very busy, not a problem but service at bar downstairs was poor. Too many staff seemed involved with other things and not serving when busy. Took an absolute age to get served. When an extra member of staff did appear they walked straight past us.
Bar upstairs much better for service.
