Swung by to try a new pizza place, and this is definitely one of Cardiff?s best pizza restaurants, hands down. Tried the Garlic Bread, Los Pollos Americanos Pizza with Buffalo sauce. Will I be back for more? Absolutely

Dropped by this spot on a whim and was genuinely blown away. I asked if they did focaccia sandwiches and instead of a straight no, he got creative and whipped up something on the spot with their incredible pizza dough. What I ended up with was an improvised sandwich that tasted like it had been on the menu for years. Properly balanced, full of flavour and clearly made with care. Rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like that these days. Will definitely be back for what looks like some amazing pizza.

I had a pizza yesterday at the Cardiff bay food festival & was nothing like the ones they show in their restaurant. Was a lot smaller, very burnt and was very disappointing.

Had a pizzetta at the caldicot castle food festival.
The pizza was burnt and so couldn't taste anything apart from bitterness of the dough.
The tomato sauce lacked salt and pepper.
£12.50 for a tiny burnt pizza with half a slice of ham is ridiculous.

This place, hands down, makes one of the best pizzas I've ever had. The staff are friendly and the food is great, I can recommend dough throwers enough. If you are local to cardiff, definitely try this place. If I'm ever in Cardiff again, I look forward to grabbing a pizza from here. I was in Cardiff for a competition, and our team was there pretty much every other night, and if we send a team back this year, im definitely recommending they go here.

3rd or 4th time we?ve ordered a takeaway, can?t fault the food. Always seem to be out of food & then have to order something else or cancel the order. Disappointing as it?s a very good pizza

Usually I'm not really a massive pizza fan...but...I was bought vouchers for Dough Thrower for a Christmas present and tonight my partner and I got two PHENOMENAL pizzas and I'm now a (Dough Thrower) pizza fan! Amazing unusual flavoured pizzas and good sized sides and the meatballs were the best I've ever tasted. On top of that, the service was wonderful. Lovely, friendly, accommodating and chatty staff who made our evening even better. We will definitely be returning! Thank you so much.
