Edited after the reply (8/11/2023 & today- both occasions the machine was not working. My offer is going to expire on 24th December. The frustration for me is there is nothing displayed or not even a sticker in that machine stating that the machine is not working)Seems like management issue rather than particular employee.I visited here regularly and using their appAlso part of the rewards schemeIn the app it shows that I can buy a Costa coffee for free for repeated visits but actually in the shop that Costa Express machine is not workingThe comic factor is whenever I asked they are explaining that it damaged yesterday ?So offering something and denying the actual service is called??????.

Awful customer service at the car wash and when I complained the gye who washed my car, said I dont care!!!!! The wheels were full of dust and the other one didn't dry the foam.Do not wash your car at this place.

Awful place...changed where I have fuelled up because the service is that terrible, made a complaint which fell on deaf ears, oh well I will spend my money elsewhere.

Don't use the dodgy ATM located outside. It charges £1.99 for a withdrawal and also doesn't give the cash you've asked for. It short changes you. It stole £10 from me. I'll never use it again as you won't get the money back from the ATM company, instead you have to go through your bank to raise a claim.

What a worse and rude service. I live in cardiff and everytime I go there to fill car's tank but because of today's rude behaviour by staff I am not going there anymore for petrol.In morning at 4:33 today 11th oct the manager/owner should check the camera and see the conversation what this person having with me and how he threw the note at me. I am also going on trust pilot too to leave a review. Will consider to report UKBA too

Put £40 of fuel in, been charged twice,£80 in total.Now won't be refunded,been there several times,will not refund me despite proof!Don't use credit cards in this garage .Police have been informedTw letters off motorfuel group saying I'd be pad 40 pounds,14 th August still nothing,do not use credit card at shell , you'll be charged twice
