Great staff but this store needs to up its game regarding security in the mornings. A security guard is required from opening to close as this place can be crazy and staff can be overwelmed with shoplifters who seem to favour 6am when there is no doorstaff.

One of the lady staff,in the till while I visited tesco now was rude when i called her for sorting out the bill section.Her facial expression was not good as a customer to me.No respect to customer.

I was searching for a corsodyl, i searched around 5 mins I could get and then I showed item at cash counter . There was a female employee who doesn?t even care for customer. I just asked her I want this , she said it will this line . I said i searched I couldn?t get and then she said then it won?t be . Not even try to help to customer .
Please train the employees for helpful for the customers

This Tesco has dropped so low, it has become incredibly frustrating to shop here, since the aisles are always clogged with stock trolleys laying around and blocking paths, very specifically at the end of the 1st aisle there is always something going on. The security system is annoying as well, every time you go to the shop, the doors just refuses to open and makes an alarm sound for no reason. There is also a very large surveillance machine placed near the tills watching everyone, this just makes the already small space feel even more cramped and it just feels off, this is no longer the nice and convenient corner store it once was.

Worst customer service I have ever seen.Whenever I ask for the manager and the manager only hears from his staff not from me and the manager asks me to another shop to buy staff.I had a valid ID and I was born 1996 and they didn?t give me two monsters which contain caffeine.

@ the high level of standards expected from a busy local Tesco. Usual apathetic staff and expedience and indifference taking precedence.
