A horrible nasty store with numerous issues.
-Out of date food on the shelves.
-Rowes counter reduced products will not scan and sometimes refused sale at checkout.
-Won't let you go in with a small trolly 20 mins b4 closing (despite them saying policy is 15 mins when asked).
-Bags of crisps rammed into shelves so packets have burst when you get home.
-Milk often feels warm, not chilled.
-Scan as you shop terminal area blocked by mountain of stuff right in front of it.
-Trolleys with faulty security wheels that bang violently as you go round.
-Poor stock rotation
-Miserable staff that don't like you asking questions.
Stopped going there as every time is just a miserable shopping experience that usually ends with regret.

While the uk get poorer ! These people start charging more and more for less and less. Get your groceries for normal price? Then use a clubcard.

Not a huge Tesco in comparison to other Tesco extra stores, but offers a great range of items from perishable to sundry items. Usually well staffed with many checkouts open.

Had food on the cafe the other day with my children the lady that served us (Amy)was amazing very polite and happy to help however the other staff were very rude and I did notice they were very unprofessional and making faces behind her whilst she was serving made me feel very uncomfortable seeing them bullying her and will not be returning for food there again as I was very close to getting up and saying something but didn?t want to make it worse for her!

The pharmacy here is absolute joke. I got shouted at by the useless guy at the pharmacy as they think my medicine is not urgent enough for them to provide in time, i was there to ask for prescription anxiety medicine and these guys are plain morons.

We received A Tesco Order - ordered 26/01/2025 - received 27/01/2025, Ordered tesco.com order 5570-8450-76. Unfortunately, today we opened the self-raising and plain flour. We noticed an infestation of insects - Mites, all within Tesco Flour packaging. This is not the first occasion this issue has presented itself with Tesco Orders. This is a terrible experience for both of us.
