Such an awful layout of the store and always an unpleasant shopping experience. You have to fight to get any fresh produce due to the tiny areas they place them in and the ridiculous small aisles.
I usually love a Tesco but since moving to Cardiff I now avoid at all costs.

A vast Tesco store. I found it hard to navigate the isles, partly because there seemed no logic to product location, and partly because English language text on hanger signs was so small. (Welsh is much bigger.) Has almost everything in stock, but I never found a butter dish amongst the housewares.

Stopped by security in the clothes section. Two of them. My jumper pocket was full of stuff like keys, cigarettes, a wallet and acarrier bag.
Had they followed me on CCTV the whole trip, they'd see I was stealing nothing. I had no apology from the two men. Just a mere grunt from the one, and a cold-as-ice look from the other.
I'm putting in a complaint to management about their cold, emotionless demeanour.
Like two little wasps hovering around their unsuspecting victim.

Why have you got Aldi price match next to your 10pk of Stella ,it's misleading and false,how many more items are untrue I wonder?

This Tesco Extra is huge and has pretty much everything you need under one roof. The fruit and veg are fresh, the bakery smells amazing and there is a massive range of food, clothes and home items. The world food aisle is great and I really like the F&F clothing section for men as it has good quality and decent prices. The toy section is decent, the car park is big and the late opening hours are really handy. Self checkouts make it quick if you are in a rush. Overall it is a convenient place to shop with loads of choice.

Unpleasant experience at customer service on a Sunday afternoon.
Assume the assistant didn't want to be there. After sorting some summer clothing purchased, the assistant asked where we were going, thinking he was making polite conversation, he continued to tell us he'd been there, he didn't like the place or the people and he'd never go back....cheers!

Shop here quite regularly, approx once a week. Today there was a problem with the fresh fruit fridges. A young man named George (Gorgeous George)was kind enough to go out to the warehouse and bring me the fruit I needed! First class service. Thank you young man.

The Indian man on the cash exchange is so, so incredibly slow. I told him to please hurry up. There was another woman working in the booth who told me I had to wait for the Indian. Awful attitude from him, zero customer service skills. And slow. So, so slow.
