Firstly, Id like to start by saying, I cannot thank Megan & Aidan enough for how helpful they?ve been.This is by far the best agency I?ve dealt with, no problem has been to big. Every concern has been addressed, even after some complications arose, they helped deal with the situation quickly.They were always available when I needed to sort things out or call. I've just bought a property through Taylors and Emily and Karl were both brilliant in making sure the process went as smoothly as they could make it go, then when things became time-pressured they were on the ball and driving the purchase forward. I would definitely strongly consider using Taylors again when I came to sell.

Anyone who has had the experience of buying and selling a property will know this is a horrible and stressful time to say the very least ! I have to say that all the staff at Taylor?s I?ve dealt with have been efficient and helpful. Darren from Cardiff Bay branch was the initial contact. He had humour and explained everything clearly and the property was put on the market very quickly. Then the sale was handled by the Roath branch Lauren had to carry out so many viewings always punctual and feedback was always prompt. Karl was always on hand to answer any questions. What I particularly liked was the fact all phone calls and emails were answered very quickly which was pleasing.All the staff were friendly, approachable and helpful and explained things clearly in language that I understood!!It?s not over yet but I?m glad Taylor?s? are there to support me through the next stage.

A very mixed bag. They were good at finding tenants for us and we've used them twice for this as it worked well the first time. We asked them to fully manage one property and this did not go well. Our tenant has housing benefit and it's paid directly to the landlord as she is classed as vulnerable. The accounts department at Taylors absolutely couldn't cope with processing the Council payments. Month after month I would have to chase up the money and sometimes we didn't receive any rental income for 6 or 8 weeks. They always blamed the Council for not using the right reference code, but even when I told them the dates and amount they didn't seem to be able to trace the payments - they said they had too many payments to be able to track a particular one. They never apologised for late payments or tried to solve the problem. Finally we switched to a new management company who have no problem passing on the Council's money to us. We left Taylors with them still owing us a month and a half's rent. Charlotte Thomas was wonderful in dealing with this - she chased the finance department repeatedly for us, behaved very professionally and always responded promptly and politely to my many emails, even when I was getting increasingly frustrated. Although I cannot recommend Taylors as a whole I can definitely recommend Charlotte.

I had to move to Cardiff in a jiffy due to my work and it would not have been possible without Megan and Charlie from Taylors. From the moment I contacted them and gave them my requirements, Megan and Charlie arranged, viewings, processed documents, got all the necessary activities done in an impossible speed and ensured I got into my new home on the day I wanted. Post renting support has been superb too. Thank you Megan & Charlie, you rock!
