Consultant at this store told me to come 9 o?clock in the morning to purchase medication that turns out they don?t have.
I will never use Superdrug store again.
Worst customer service.

I just wanted to take a moment to share a fantastic experience I had with Dylan at Superdrug. From the moment my mum and I walked in, Dylan was so warm, friendly, and incredibly kind. He not only helped us with what we needed but also took the time to chat with us about university and his future aspirations in accounting and finance. It?s rare to meet someone so genuine, and his positive attitude really made our day. I wish him all the best in his studies and future career he?s truly going to do great things. I?ll definitely keep him in mind when I need a mortgage haha! Dylan, stay kind, keep your spirits high, and continue spreading that rare and wonderful energy

Unfortunately, the doctor was not helpful at all, they did not put prices on their website, and we went to the store, the prices are shocking! Doctor was rude and not welcoming. The doctor even refused me to take a pic of the test list. Also, i was a little bit coughing and the doctor start telling me off! I asked for a face mask, they couldn't even provide me one! Won't recommend it to anyone. Shocking service

My wife and I attended the Superdrug Travel Clinic in Cardiff today in relation to the Yellow Fever Vaccination. Both nurses could not have been more helpful - thank you both!

Absolutely fantastic staff as always so warm and knowledgeable.. superb customer service shown last week in particular from Dylan Sales Advisor who was an absolute delight whilst serving on the cash till ! With a big smile Dylan was fantastic .. Top marks to the Superdrug Queen Street branch ?

Visited this store with my partner on Saturday during a break away. I went into the shop and starting picking up some make up that I had been wanting, my partner then joined me and showed me what he?d bought in another store. I?m not sure if this insinuated to the manager that he was telling me to steal anything, but we were continuously followed and watched the entire rest of the time that we were in the store. The manager even approached us and asked if we needed any help (which I understand is part of their job), while having a good look at what I was holding. I was more than happy to show her what I had and said that I was fine, just nosing at other brands. Felt so uncomfortable, especially when we went into another isle and she was stood at the end, arms crossed staring at us. I understand that there is a concern of stealing, but to make us feel uncomfortable and watching us constantly was a bit much in my opinion, especially when another member of staff approached us as well, when no other customers had this treatment. Sad to see how youngster are stereotyped still. What a joke?

Kate pierced my nose recently and was super lovely, kind, knowledgeable and professional.She was very reassuring when I suddenly got nervous and helpful.I also then popped back with a question and again she was super helpful.
