Iv been attending this chemist now for over two years three times a week and going back about 8 months ago things were not good at all although Tracey did her best different pharmacists were not able to cope. Then along came Fazeeha and with in a month waiting times came down I saw costumers leaving happy and at last Superdrug had got someone who cared. Now to my surprise this lovely lady is leaving in a few weeks and I think I?ll be leaving with her and so many people are coming to the same idea. All the best in your next job fazeeha you will be missed by so many costumers

My partner has been using Superdrug for his weekly meds for over a year. At first his scripts were either lost or not put in.Things were really disordered despite staff like Tracey doing their best but the fact there was no permanent pharmacist was Causing a lot of problems but then came along Fazeeyh who just transformed everything?within a month of her managing the pharmacy every thing changed for the better. It was remarkable and for the first time his medication was on time?without fail. She?s really helpful going above and beyond buy my partner has been told she?s leaving which is worrying him so much he?s considering moving pharmacies. Hopefully the next pharmacist won?t undo all the brilliant work Fazeeyh has done in organising the pharmacy. wishing her all the best. She?ll be missed and Superdrug is loosing a great asset.

I can't say a bad word about the ladies in the pharmacy. Tracey, Farheeza and Vicky always ensure my meds are sorted on time. The only times I've had any issue is with the doctor surgery and superdrug go above and beyond to get it sorted. They've called the surgery for me, collected my prescription when they didn't need to and never with any complaint. I've had my repeats done with boots, Lloyd's and coop and always had issues before. Not anymore, I'll always use superdrug so thank you ?

Online service. Super drug are generally good, however The payment is taken straight away but then there is no communication by the courier or Super drug,just one initial email and you are left hanging. The WhatsApp chat is slow and noone delivered the parcel twice!!! 2 orders turned out to be hell. I tried to get refund and was finally reimbursed.If you are ready to online shop with a battle use super drug When they used Royal mail they were ok.Evri may be the problem here Yours digustedly

Rude. Ignore you. Don?t even acknowledge your existence. As if you?re standing there for fun. Then after at least a 5 minute wait they begrudgingly ask you if you want something. I feel like saying ?no im here for ish & giggles?. It?s no wonder there?s never a queue at this pharmacy. Go next door to boots and get service with a smile no matter how busy they are.

Go to superdrug every month to collect my dad's tablets,good service never had any problems great chemist's. Update on superdrug when I wrote last review this chemist was very good,would not recommend any more place is rubbish gone completely not worth a light now ??.

Yes, the pharmacy has faced challenges in recent months but the friendly, helpful, community-minded and very personal customer service given by Tracie and her colleagues makes all the difference

We went in looking for 'First defence', couldn't locate it. Very helpful young shop assistant led us to the right shelf, showed us first defence and their own brand called 'Early defence' which was much cheaper, so trying that.

awful pharmacy, they are not in good order at all and definitely they can not find your prescription and then send you to gp. it happen to me for last 4 months and every time lier manager promised never happen again!!! not friendly staff. do not go there.

The standard of service has dropped from excellent to terrible in the space of 3 months
I've been with this Pharmacy for about 2 years, and its service has been nothing short of excellence, until 3 months ago, when the Superdrug App experienced technical problems.
My GP for some reason (reasons known to the Pharmacists) has communicated with the pharmacists and collectively decided to pre-prescribe 6 months worth of my prescriptions, to be stored within the Superdrug store.
I'm still required to contact the pharmacists to let them know every 28 days which particular medications I need, I usually do this through the app without a problem. Last month (November) I did not receive any notifications from the app telling me the medications are ready for collection, so I phoned up but no one picked up the call, so went to store to check, and found out that they didn't process the prescription, and I had to wait more than 30 minutes for them to be ready - ok I treat that as a one off mistake.
For this month (December) I expect the store to be super busy leading up to Christmas, so I decided to contact the store through the app on 9/12, and give them 2 weeks to process my order. When I went to store today, what happened? The staff there didn't even have a clue that they've stored 6 months worth of my prescriptions in store, and even told me to call the GP to find out where they are! It was after much explanation they finally realised that my prescriptions were indeed with them!
What happened next was astonishing - instead of showing remorse and processing it straight away like last month, they had the gut to tell me to return to store to collect them tomorrow!!! I told the staff there that I've given them 2 weeks to process my medication, their response was that the app doesn't work on their end, and it hasn't been working for a few months... how am I supposed to know if no one told me?
To make things worse, in actual fact they've been telling every customer to "come back tomorrow", lets assume every query from today will be answered tomorrow, how about tomorrow's queries? They'll just keep pushing customers back another day! Nobody ever picks up the phone, that means everybody has to make 2 seperate visits on different days in order to collect monthly prescriptions!
Nobody bothered to fix the app that hasn't been working for that long! People's health and lives are affected and no one seems to care!

Appalling service - avoid.
Bought nasal spray and I wasn?t given a receipt. Walked out the door and straight back in realising it was wrong- they told me because I had no receipt they wouldn?t exchange it - even though the same person served me a second earlier and didn?t give me one
Horrendous service, arrogant and rude and didn?t want to be even slightly helpful. Will never return .
