Noticed subway had re-opened whilst at B&Q,, we have often eaten here, now open after being shut down & under new management. Had a foot long chicken bacon & extra cheese,& drink.
My wife had 6 inch same, & drink. Didn’t want cookie or crisps, but was told by the older lady behind till, it wouldn’t make much difference.
£23,, for sandwich & half + drinks.
When was bacon classed as extra. SUBWAY we will never be back. Rip off

Horrible food and rude unfriendly staff

I visited Subway today for the first time and I?m confused what to have it in meal as Iam vegetarian and there were no extra options for veggie. I order Cheese and guacamole ? the old lady who took my order was very rude and hurry. I disappointed and shocked by seeing her how customer service they are providing. Need to improve overall food was good and fresh no complaints.

Faultless in every way. All the staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to help with my order. The restaurant was clean, tidy and spacious. The food was excellent, served in good time too. Luckily I arrived just before it got too busy, there was only one couple in front of me. There's plenty of parking outside with disabled parking too. My first visit here, definitely not the last. A fantastic example of how a Subway should be. Well done to all the staff who work there.

Really disappointed with this subway. I get staff are worked hard on days but when there?s only 2 other customers in front of me and 3 staff members on all having a chat when it comes to serving me is beyond a joke. 2 minutes I was just standing there waiting to be served whilst the 2 males were on they?re phones laughing around and the other member of staff not to be seen. A big lad and a young looking boy were on shift this day and I wasn?t too pleased. Such a shame from subway!

Poster on window says u will get free kids meal if u kid is with u and u buy footlong I asked lady in front she said yeah the gentleman in register said oh no u need to have club card but it says nothing about club card on poster at all it will be nice to be more specific when u advertising things

Sadly, reliable Subway lacked on this visit, which was late in the day, I must say, but no hearty Italian peppers or onions. The staff did say it had been an extremely busy day.

Absolutely the best subway we've ever been to!
Really friendly staff, spotlessly clean, nice vibe.
Food packed with care so it travelled well.
Really busy but the staff were calm, friendly and genuine. Will definitely be back!

Been coming here very often and enjoy everything but today I was given less meat and informed employees are being told off by manager if they don't scrimp and save on meat 9 pound for a sub with little to no meat today I redeemed all my points and I will no longer be a customer of subway!

Unfortunately must of been this lads first week/shift even though he was very polite & did an amazzing job!
I witnessed his manager tell him " focus on the deliveroo orders , they need doing" which he focused on the task given and ignored all 5 customers waiting in the que.
Then another young Lad came from the back - black t shirt, greasey mullet hair and began to make his own sandwich without gloves picking at the salad while his sub was in the oven . And STILL these customers wasn't served. The young lad to apologise, however he was clearly new and shouldn't of been on front of house alone.

Allergic to fish I asked the girl at the counter to change her gloves before doing my food as she had just handled tuna. Not only did she do so with a smile, she cleaned down the work surface before placing my food there. Also the next lady in line on the salad section was also notified and repeated the process. Very much appreciated especially with the smile and good natured attitude. 10/10 there ladies ? the food was great too!
