I used to look forward to a subway but now they have removed most of the vegetarian options it's not the same . On this visit they had run out of veggie patties so could only have cheese and salad. So with limited protein it is less a complete meal.

I literally just ordered food waited a whole hour for it, when I live less than 5 minutes away, got the food and it?s all FREEZING cold and nothing was toasted. I?m disappointed as I?m trying to contact the shop for my money back and the phone number is unrecognised. Poor customer service.

Poor service and workers that look like they don't wanna be there asked for the new Mexican sandwiches slop it on tortilla and guacamole missing and when mentioned just grabbed a load from a bag and crushed them all up. Not been the same since the new owners taken over salad looks past it dates won't be returning.

Never order online for delivery from this place! They always miss items and it's often cold when I arrives. Given them the benefit of the doubt the first couple times we ordered but the issues are repeated time and time again. Visiting the store is a better option, although some of the staff have a real 'can't be asked' attitude.

Chrissie was an outstanding, I assume manager, who went out of her way to serve us even while she looked like she was busy. She had a nice cheery smile and gave us prompt, but concise service, making me feel welcome all throughout service. Many other food places just want you to leave just as soon as you arrive, but not here. I felt welcomed, and the atmosphere in store was friendly, and almost homely.

Absolutely disgusting, spent over £40 for food two items to be delivered with no explanation. When trying to contact, the number isn?t recognised and the delivery took over an hour. I don?t see how an order can be so complicated? I work in exactly the same service.

I work around Thornhill area and stop in this subway for breakfast or lunch. Friendly and smiley service, bread always fresh and soft. Lovely sandwiches. Today breakfast 11/10

I visited subway today at 1, 5 stars for everything, Amazing staff, chloe is a ray of sunshine to that store and never fails to smile, make conversation and make us feel welcome. The store itself was clean and and our food was fresh and well made. I will be visiting again

Ordered through deliveroo. 5 meal deals 1 of which was a foot long. Well didn't get delivered 1 complete meal deal. Absolutely no cookies were sent, a whole sub not delivered and a drink not delivered. How can it be so difficult to put 5 frikkin meal deals together I do not know. Even more so the fact that this delivery took over an hour just to get to fishguard road is mind boggling. For 60 quid I think it's disgusting. Staff must be very incompetent. Ordered on the 26th May.

Awful service, staff extremely rude, complaining about other members of staff (who weren?t there) and swearing. When asking what customers wanted they would cut them off half way through to complain to each other about something else. This happened with every customer in when i was there. Ran out of three types of bread and said they didn?t know which bread was which. Sandwiches weren?t cut and multiple hairs were also found in sandwich (taken one out to photograph) Knife was extremely dirty and gloves were not being changed - very unhygienic

Unhygienic staff don?t change their gloves so much cross contamination and my sub had meatball residue from the dirty knife they used to cut the persons sub before mine. Does staff not care for allergy?s??? Where is the training?
