The food is always delicious, but the staff is not kind at all, the toilets are closed, the coffee machine does not work, the tables are dirty and sloppy, customers are not asked if they can eat inside, they give everything as takeaway. The service and customer service is beyond terrible, I am very surprised by this, I eat at Subway at least twice a week and I have never seen such a bad branch

Terrible service they told me I couldn't have my sandwich microwaved but couldn't tell me as to why. They do this in any other subway.

I very rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was honestly a bit baffling.
Placed an order for collection via the Subway app, turned up slightly after my collection time giving them more than 20 minutes to prep my order of two subs. When I walked in, I could see it was busy. Fair enough. I asked politely at the side of the counter, if the order was ready. The cashier confirmed it hadn?t been made yet. She checked with one of the 4 other staff and confirmed there were two other orders to be made then mine would be ready. The member of staff preparing the orders shouted across that it would be 5-10 minutes, the cashier said she thought it would be quicker than that. Great. No problem with me because I could see it was busy.
So I stood and waited. And waited. And waited? 20 minutes passed with nothing more than a ?it?s almost ready.? I watched about 10-15 other orders made ahead of mine. I asked the cashier, who was now serving, what had happened to my order before the bag was placed down in front of me. I explained if they?d just told me originally it was going to be 20 minutes, then it wouldn?t have been a problem. The response? Complain online. No offer of goodwill in store, which would?ve been nice.
The lady who then originally told me it would be ?5-10 minutes? then appears, very passively aggressively telling me ?I?m not a machine.? Thinking she?d just misunderstood, I explained that I could see it was busy and I didn?t mind waiting, but she?s the one who told me it?d be done in 5-10 minutes and that I just would?ve appreciated them being honest. She then continued on with loudly claiming she wasn?t a machine and to complain online.
I wasn?t the one who made any of the timescales so it?s honestly a bit weird and baffling that she?d try and make out that I was the problem for the store not being able to prioritise orders already paid for and sticking to their own timescales they?ve set.
Then I checked here and saw the comments about the attitude of staff members and it made sense. Such a weird working atmosphere in this place.

Its good that you can basically build your own sandwich. There are several options to try. There are also choices for those who do not want a sandwich. You can have the sandwich toasted unless you prefer not. You can have a 6inch or foot long depending on how hungry you are. Good healthy option if thinking of fast food.

If you can ever get served in this place, the food is consistently sub-par. We've given up now - anyone ordering locally, go home, put your feet up and order Subway from JustEat from a different branch. How you can have 7 people behind a counter and not one of them be able to make a sandwich is beyond me.

Theres a guy and a girl working. the guy on the evening shift on the 25th of may was not nice at all. I asked for the calories of the meal as I couldn?t see it on the board.. and he wasn?t at all nice over the situation and was rude towards me.. shouldn?t be working if he?s gunna be rude toward customers. Extremely unprofessional.

I ordered 2 regular wages. They give very less portions and I asked to toast twice but the lady was so angry that why I asked twice! She said I already toast longer!!!!!!

There's a guy working at this place who is just incredibly rude. Felt like I'd murdered his first born the way he was behaving. If you hate people so much, get a job where you don't have to interact with them. When buying a sandwich, I don't need to deal with disrespect or someone else's issues. I genuinely don't.
The man was on shift this afternoon, Friday 19th April.

Twice I have been to this subway and twice the staff have been rude and abrupt with me!
First I complained and got a very slow response from the manager who gave me a voucher. Secondly I asked for lots of pickles on my wrap as I like it that way, I have had it that way for years and never had a staff member question it and make me feel stupid like the guy did in this shop telling me no or I would have to pay extra!
Nowhere on the subway menu, website or rules does it say you can't have extra salad or you pay for it! Anybody would have thought it was coming out of his wages! I won't be returning to this store ever again!

Shop layout is daft. A row of tables and seats next to where people que. Way to close for meThey messed up my order and said did I want the wrong items picked out.. absolutely not. Unfortunately mine my mothers and my partners food just tasted bland. We tried the new menu

Although the food was top notch, the service wasn't!There were two members of staff working this evening one male and one female. The male staff member was faultless and was doing everything it seemed. The female staff member seemed more concerned about cleaning instead of serving the total of 8 people that were in the line.It was only when the male staff member had to ask that she reluctantly served on the till but she has 0 customer service skills that's for sure
