I stopped in to pick up some food on my way home. I am used to sub staff being smiley welcoming and friendly.
The staff at this store were none of the above, the staff appeared to be miserable disinterested and the vibe that came across was that they really didn?t want to be there.
This is not what I have come to expect from Subway. However, the store was clean, the food was okay so overall a mediocre experience.
When I am next in Cardiff for work, I will look at shopping elsewhere and will be avoiding this store.

Bad service, staff not helpful they were annoyed for any request also they kept putting small amount of food so when we request an extra they changed us extra. If I could give it a zero for the service I would

The food was amazing, everything was so fresh and it tasted brilliant. However, there was rude service and the floor was covered with rubbish and was very dirty. Such a shame.

Not recommended at all. This is the worst subway I have ever seen. Just order a sandwich through Uber
eats, payed £19.09 at first ,got £11 refund after reporting it to Uber eats. this is what I chose on Uber eats app and this is what I got. There was no cheese, no lettuce, no tomatoes, no cucumber, no pickles, even no sauce inside the sandwich. Absolutely disappointed. Do not go to this subway.

Food is going up in price , nearly £8 for a baguette wich is extreme, even for students looking for cheap quick food this is hell for them. Prices need to be sorted to fit everyone as it seems to be royalty eating here nowday!
Plenty of option and food is great just the problem of the price unfortunately:(

Avoid this subway for sure, I waited behind a single customer while they were being served by one member of staff, another was also on the counter but not paying attention and building an unrelated sandwich. After waiting a while for the first customer to finish the original member of staff came and started doing something else, at no point was I or the other customer behind me acknowledged or asked to wait while they sorted something, I am not even convinced they noticed me. When I turned to walk away after waiting a more than reasonable amount of time, the staff didn?t say anything, they just appeared unbothered. If I was the franchise owner I would be ashamed that I had hired such rude and incompetent staff. Also I want across the road to Tesco and got a meal deal for about 1/3rd of the price, just save the hassle and go across the road.

This branch is absolutely minging! I ordered a steak and cheese footlong and it was saturated by whatever the steak was swimming in. I know Subway isn?t exactly meant to be fine dining and not exactly the finest cuts of steak but it should be edible. Even at £7 I was happy to lob this in the bin and I?m looking forward to it leaving my body through the rear exit.
